Celebrated by the sea
A love that grew over time

Francesca
and Giulio
Francesca and Giulio have known each other since they were little more than teenagers, that stage of life when everything begins almost by chance and then, gradually, becomes destiny. Since then, they have continued to choose one another, even when studies, work and different cities kept them apart.
Distance didn’t break their bond; it made it more patient, stronger and more aware. A year before the wedding Giulio moved closer to Francesca, so saying “yes” was the natural culmination of a story that grew with them, celebrated alongside the people who had been there at every stage.
An intimate and solemn “yes”
The ceremony took place in the evocative Convent of the Minims at Cirella, in an atmosphere that was intimate, solemn and full of sweetness. To accommodate all the guests, the church space was extended outdoors with seating and parasols so that everyone experienced the rite with the same care reserved for the couple.
The notes of a string quartet accompanied the most moving moments, while a granite cart added a fresh, authentic and deeply Calabrian touch.
Sea-view elegance
For the reception, Francesca and Giulio chose Palazzo dei Principi Lanza in San Nicola Arcella, an historic residence that combines grandeur, romance and a Mediterranean feel.
The venue perfectly reflected their wishes: an important but measured wedding, elegant without ostentation, with the sea as a silent backdrop. As the sun set and the coastline appeared beyond the refined atmosphere of the palazzo, every moment found its own natural beauty.
A refined scene of flowers, light and music
Every detail was designed to accompany the evening with elegance, without ever losing its natural feel. The floral arrangements added depth to the spaces with compositions that were substantial yet harmonious, while the lighting turned the reception into a warm, embracing scene.
Music energised the evening with a dramatic stage and spectacular lighting, while a dance floor set on the grass gave guests a special place to dance under the Calabrian sky.
White, champagne and golden accents for elegance without excess
The moodboard grew out of a desire for a refined, elegant and significant wedding that avoided all excess. White and champagne guided the event’s visual identity, illuminated by small gold accents in the table settings and decorative details.
Softening the atmosphere were the flowers, with shades of pale pink and toffee adding warmth, depth and romance to a sober, theatrical design that perfectly reflected the couple’s personalities.
Behind every detail, a carefully curated direction
All About Marriage oversaw Francesca and Giulio’s wedding with an end-to-end event direction, taking care of every creative, organisational and operational stage: from defining the concept to managing suppliers, from designing the décor to coordinating the wedding day. Every choice was made to shape their vision with elegance, sobriety and naturalness.
Francesca and Giulio placed their full trust in Carla, Loris and the All About Marriage team. Out of this partnership came an event that respected their sweet, reserved characters, highlighted the beauty of Calabria and delighted guests with discreet, constant care in every detail.
